An enthusiastic Accounts Assistant is required by a well-established company based in Stafford. The company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic candidate with Purchase Ledger experience. An annual salary of up to £25,000 + benefits is available depending on experience. This is a Hybrid working position.
Responsibilities
- Ensure individual company’s purchase ledgers are accurately maintained and reconciled to supplier statements and that any issues arising are resolved
- All sales and supplier invoices imported to the accounting software
- Customer payment collections
- Assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Ensure business bank account is reconciled on a weekly basis and that any issues arising are resolved.
Requirements
- Great experience within a similar role
- Sales Ledger and Bank reconciliation experience
- Experience with SUN operating system would be advantageous but not necessary
