Leading house builder William Davis Homes is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join its Finance Team in Loughborough.

The role forms an essential part of the finance team, ensuring incoming supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner in accordance with agreed service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be keen to work in a business that has a high volume of suppliers.
Day to day duties for this role include:
· Data entry of supplier invoices onto the Evision accounts system
· Matching of GRN`s with invoices and orders
· Assisting in processing utility company invoices which involves liaising with utility providers and internal customers to resolve queries
· Carrying out imaging of documents and printing as required.
· Resolving queries with both internal departments, remote construction sites and external companies
· Working as part of a team to achieve monthly team timetables and invoice processing goals
· Administration duties as instructed by the Accounts Manager
The ideal candidate will have:
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Strong date data entry and computing skills with excellent attention to accuracy
· The ability to multi-task, be well organised, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
· A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and be motivated to work as part of a team to achieve deadlines
· A desire to develop their skills and career within a successful growing business.
