We are currently searching for a small team of experienced Chefs to work in a multitude of sites across the Liverpool Area for a variety of different sectors. You will have the opportunity to choose the hours and days to work in addition to the location and setting you feel most comfortable in. You will have a dedicated consultant who will be on hand to guide you through how we work, talk to you about the various settings and offer you hours and locations that suit you.

Roles are allocated to you on an ad hoc basis or temporary ongoing assignments. You will have the opportunity to work a minimum of 6 hours per day and maximum of 40 per week depending on the contract.

• Schools
• Office Buildings
• Business Sites
• Hospitals
• Universities

Regulated sites such as schools, nurseries and care homes will require an Enhanced DBS. As such, we are happy to subsidise this payment for you.

What do we look for?

• 1 year or more working as a chef in a similar environment
• Level 2 NVQ
• Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
• Experience Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Knowledge and ability to run a section
• Embrace change and easy to adapt to different menus and settings
• Ability to work without close supervision
• High level of attention to detail
• Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
• Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
• Positive and approachable manner
• Team player qualities
