Cultural Supervisor
Toddington Nurseries is a member of the Farplants Group and produces over 2 million plants per year for Garden Centres and Waitrose. Farplants is the largest supplier of plants to Garden Centres in the UK.
We are looking for a Cultural Supervisor to manage all aspects of growing crops from watering, feeding and monitoring for P&D, assisting with spraying in order for the company to achieve the high standard that our customers expect.
The candidate will be reporting directly to the Technical Managers and the successful candidate will be a vital member of the technical team.
Normal working hours will be 39 hours per week, but overtime and participation in weekend duty rota (1 in 6) will be required.
Ideally the candidate will hold a PA1 & PA6 Cert`s, although training will be given to the right candidate.
This position carries an excellent salary and training will be given. Previous experience is preferred.
