Fantastic opportunity for an EA to support the CEO within a wonderful Private Equity firm, based in Central London. This is initially an ongoing temp position, with potential to go permanent
What you’ll do:
- 1:2 high-level business support to the CEO
- Acting as first point of contact and gatekeeper
- Managing the CEO’s inbox
- Heavy diary management and travel management
- Wider team support
- Internal and external communication
- Organising and maintaining office systems
- Preparing corporate documents
- Expenses
- Ah hoc duties
Who you are:
- You must have a background in private equity
- 5 years + experience as an EA
- Someone proactive who can hit the ground running
- High attention to detail
- A proactive self-starter
- Professionalism and discretion
