JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a market leading organisation as they look to recruit a Finance Director to play a key role as they continue to grow and establish themselves as a leading player in their market sector. Reporting to the Managing Director and Chairman of this £35m TO business, the successful applicant will be ready to take on a number 1 role in finance taking overall responsibility for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and becoming a leading voice in the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Analyse financial data and provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Manage the company's cash flow and foreign currency trades
- Monitor and report on financial performance to senior management and board of directors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- Lead and manage a team to ensure high levels of performance and achievement of targets
Overseeing a small finance team which includes an excellent Management Accountant, this is a superb opportunity for either an established FD looking for a work/life balance or FC looking for a first FD role.
