Our company is looking for a Front of House (FOH) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area;
- Clear tables/Maintain dining room cleanliness;
- Prepare drink orders;
- Greet customers and assess their needs and preferences and make recommendations;
- Clean Customer Area
- Friendly greet customers and take their orders;
- Help with events;
- Know and promote menu items;
- Engage with guests to ensure they have a good experience;
- Handle take-out orders in person and over the phone;
- Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality;
- Friendly and positive attitude;
- Ability to work in a team towards a common goal;
- Strong attention to detail and respect for process and procedures as prescribed;
- Independent work and be able to prioritize tasks;
- Fully understand and comply with health code;
- Must be 18 or older;
- Able to work weekends;
- Weekend availability is a must
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work well in a team towards a common goal;
- Team minded.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £9.50-£11.50 per hour
