What you'll be doing
- Serving on a coffee counter
- Serving hot and cold food
- Setting up and cleaning down the service areas
- Operating the till and handling cash
- Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
- Production and delivery of coffee/ food in line with the franchise’s brand standards and recipes.
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
- Some kitchen duties including pot washing
- General catering duties
Experience
- Experience in a similar role is desired but all relevant training will be given on the job.
