Job Description

Head of Operations

‘This role is directly related to the operational performance of the company. It involves managing the personnel within the restoration studios, warehouse and logistics and ensuring targets are met whilst quality standards are maintained at the highest level’

Duties:

  • To manage the team HR requirements for the restoration team (qty 6), logistics team (qty 4) and warehouse team (qty 3)
  • Making proactive decisions and suggestions related to operational proceedures which enable better workflow and output
  • Work within set targets looking to meet and exceed given turnover
  • Research and development with products and equipment to improve the performance of the company
  • General upkeep of the production workshop, warehouse and logistics vehicles - keeping areas tidy
  • Take responsibility for upkeep of health and safety records and requirements for the teams
  • Timely reporting on departmental performance
  • Performance management of individuals to ensure every team member is successful in their role

  • Able to take on demands and constructively work through increased pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
