Direct Seafoods forms part of the Bidfresh/Bidfood Group, which is Britain's largest fresh fish supplier to the catering industry.
This role includes:
- Reporting to the Technical Manager and working within the Hygiene team
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the production areas, including machinery to a high standard
- Responsible for the cleanliness of external areas of the facility to a high standard
- Complying with strict hygiene standards at all times
- Working in chilled and ambient environments
Required skills:
- Previous food warehouse and cleaning experience would be advantageous, preferable in a fresh produce/chilled environment, however not essential as full training will be given
- Good time management, punctual and reliable
- You must be physically fit and healthy as the role requires you to be able to lift objects up to 20 Kilos
- Accurate with good organisational skills
- Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work

- Accurate record keeping
