Shift: Mon to Friday 0900 – 17.00

Summary of role:
This position will provide support to our Busy Operations Department, by processing daily import / Export shipments and ensuring documentation & customs compliance in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

Handling all aspects of Imports & Exports including Customs entries
Branch compliance to include timely system updates
Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents and other freight forwarding companies
Booking imports/exports via in-house computer system
Need to be IT literate
Assist Management when required & cover for colleagues in their absence
Multimodal transport knowledge advantageous
