Helix Robotics Solutions Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Junior Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Team at Helix House, Dyce. This is a permanent position and creates an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start a career in Supply Chain.
This role is based in a warehouse environment. The main duties of this position include:
- · Sourcing and Procuring goods/services for system requirements
- · Raising material requisitions
- · Inspecting and receipting deliveries using the electronic purchasing system
- · Packing deliveries and completing manifests for items to be dispatched
- · Ensuring all goods are stored correctly
- · Manual handling and forklift usage
- · Filing and archiving documents
Experience/Skills required:
- · Educated to National 5 Level (or equivalent)
- · Good IT skills and experience of using MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
- · Excellent interpersonal, numerical and organisational skills.
