Job Description:
We are a timber frame manufacturer, based in Totton, Southampton, SO40, specialising in offsite volumetric modular construction.
We are looking to employ a range of skilled personnel for our next project, in various trades. If you have particular expertise as a labourer and are interested in working for a dynamic company in an energetic environment, please send in your CV for review.
Responsibilities:
General labouring
Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery
Helping other trades
Handling and transporting materials
Complying with Health and Safety regulations
Must be prepared to work outside in all weather.
You will need the ability to prioritise duties and communicate effectively with your fellow members of staff.
Skills:
Capability to build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Good financial knowledge and analytical skills
Good knowledge and recognition of building materials are essential
Experience in streamlining processes with the ability to look at a process and find ways to streamline and improve it
Methodical and technical mindset with good numeric skills
A full driving licence.
Computer literate and knowledgeable of stock systems.
Job details: The hours will be 7 am – 3.45 pm Mon -Fri
