JOB TITLE: Neighbourhood Caretaker
LOCATION: Working within the community, around various locations in Croydon
PAY RATE: £15.06 hour PAYE
START DATE: asap
DURATION: 3-month initial contract
Hours: 36 per week/ 9am-5pm /Mon-Fri
DBS: No
Driving License : Not required but would be ideal
Ideal Skill Requirements
- Understanding of COSH

Able to carry out maintenance

Ideally have experience of Caretaking previously

Understanding of other Council contracts, i.e., waste management, FRA, and to escalate where necessary.
Role Purpose
- Responsible for ensuring that cleaning of housing properties meets or exceeds the agreed standards and frequencies to all internal areas.

Carry out effective secondary monitoring of estate services received by Housing, such as Veolia and Grounds Maintenance.
