The Role

This is a unique role for someone who is versatile, experienced, responsible, responsive and resourceful who would join our Operations Team.

Skills required to be considered for this role:

  • Demonstrable experience of using project management skills to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Experience of CRM systems and/or be confident and expert in working with databases
  • Excellent general computer skills, and confident in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficient in using excel to analyse and report on data.
  • Be able to communicate confidently with different stakeholders
  • Proactive when undertaking assigned tasks
  • Methodical with an attention to detail
  • Experience of working virtually - a strong internet connection is required, along with experience using communication technologies to facilitate virtual working, for example Dropbox, Skype and Zoom
  • A desire to work within a varied role and adaptable in your approach
  • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and develop

Duties Include

  • Manage and support internal and external customer service levels
  • Support all Functions with day to day requests and issue escalation
  • Maintain and promote the highest standards of quality and integrity, ensuring reliable, accurate and management information is available at all times
  • Support for the Operations Team in managing enquiries, follow up actions, projects and proactively providing solutions
  • Undertake statistical analysis and research
  • Create and maintain tracking and produce AC Service reports at required intervals.
  • Data Management - Assisting in the compilation of regular and adhoc statistical reports and ensuring data integrity
  • Project management - create, monitor, maintain, follow-up and report on activities effectively and efficiently in the timescales required
  • Maintain project plans, timelines and budget for Operations projects, track and produce AC Service reports at required intervals
  • File management (using Dropbox etc) ensuring files are stored with appropriate version control and follow good document management principles
  • Support the creation of new templates and operational processes
  • Evaluate current operational processes and policies and recommend improvements
  • Assist with basic maintenance website updates
  • All Virtual Assistants will be expected to be involved in general project work from time to time, commensurate with their skills and experience.

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ demonstrable experience of working success- fully in a virtual role.
  • Experience of working on a self-employed basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Experienced in managing a varied workload and working with numerous stakeholders and executing multiple plans.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £16.00 per hour
