Key Responsibilities:
- Testing the Returned merchandise authorization (RMA) products, identifying whether they are faulty
- Reworking the firmware of warehouse stock when needed, and repacking
- Maintaining Testing equipment, making sure equipment is working fine
- Responsible for stock checking regularly
- Daily Reporting to line manager
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by line manager.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Familiar with Microsoft and outlook installation
- Basic networking knowledge
- Great attention to details
- Good judgment skills
- Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting
- Enjoy solving problems
