Your new role:
As a recruitment officer you will be integrated into a forward-thinking team where you will be coached by an experienced recruiter, you will beworking in close collaboration with Business Managers.
As a new member of team, you will be trained on all the steps of the recruitment process and will be in charge of:
- Understanding of requirements to efficiently and effectively fill all open positions
- CV screening using various tools (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Pre-selecting of candidates over telephone interviews
- Organizing interviews for the Business Managers
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates for future open positions at all levels
- Candidates’ follow up throughout the recruitment process
- Managing Job vacancies applications
- University development support (events, fairs, relationship…)
- Support in newcomers induction
Skills required:
- You have a degree in Human Resources or Management
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills
- You are open-minded, hardworking and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- You are confident in English.
- Your best assets will be your dynamism and taste for challenges.
