Our dental office in Palo Alto is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who can work well in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing outstanding dental care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Take and process dental x-rays
- Prepare dental materials and instruments
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care
- Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist or office manager
Requirements:
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental assistant
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
