We are looking for experienced Restaurant/Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible and have previous experience in a busy hospitality environment. We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and restaurant areas
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handle cash and card payments
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of service and presentation
- Follow company procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fully flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
