What you’ll do day to day:
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members
- Assist and support with all training
- Support the Retail Store Manager with team rota’s
- Lead team briefings
- Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages with first class customer
- Maintain stock levels, replenishing displays and campaign POS
- Make customer recommendations and upsell products using your expert knowledge
- Ensure that every doughnut is displayed and boxed to the highest standard
What we are looking for shift Leaders,
- who have a great work ethic, a positive attitude and consider themselves coachable
- who are happy to work on their feet, in a relatively small space with other team members.
- who are over the age of 18 owing to working time regulations.
- who are fully flexible to work any day of the week, Monday to Friday (Our Fleet Street Store Closes on Weekends) .
- who are fully flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the hours or 6am and 07:30pm
- who can commit to a contract of 30 hours/ week
- who have ideally worked in a similar industry with precious supervisory experience.
- who are supportive of an inclusive culture, respecting all opinions.
- who are ready to work alongside some great people, who don’t take themselves too seriously and have a lot of fun along the way!
