The Role:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining business as usual for the plant operations
- Providing reactive maintenance across plant in a safe and timely manner
- Completing proactive and fault prevention, as well as continuous improvement activities
- Supporting health and safety, quality, and CI teams
- Coaching and supporting machine operators
The Candidate:
- Essential to come from a highspeed manufacturing site, ideally FMCG
- Time served
- Strong team player who adopts CI and health and safety approach
- Ability to manage own workload
