We are looking for a talented and hard-working Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in both software development and computer science. This position is a great opportunity for someone who can create solutions to complex problems by modelling and analysing the solutions. We are looking for an individual with strong attention to detail, who can work well on a team and handle multiple projects at once. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build upon their current expertise by learning new programming languages and working with an exciting array of new technologies each day.
Responsibilities:
- Modify, debug, and improve programs.
- Communicate with people outside their group, such as users and managers.
- Plan and carry out tests of their programs and other people's programs for proper functioning.
- Respond to requests for changes in a program's design or behaviour.
- Participate in testing of products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyse information from users about problems with programs and make improvements.
- Conduct experiments to test theories about the best way to structure software or to solve programming problems.

Salary: £44,685.00-£49,502.00 per year
