Salary to £41,000 DOE plus package

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide. This role will be working on a static site in Mayfair.
As a Static Engineer your main responsibilities will be;
Duties and Responsibilities
- To undertake ppms across this site - this building is high end residential including commercial aspects.
- Duties will include mechanical, electrical, fabric works, plant maintenance, building checks etc
- Managing permits on site for other engineers/sub contractors
- Liaising and communicating with the client.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for our Static Engineer role;
- You will be an experienced all round building maintenance engineer able to carry out all round ppm works on site
- You will be electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 3 minimum in the bias
- You will have excellent communication and client facing skills
Whats On Offer?
- Salary to £41,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- 24 days annual leave plus birthday off and bank holidays
- Part of a callout rota 1 week in 5 - £200 for being on the rota
