Applying a design-lead approach to solve client problems and suggesting alternative strategies

Designing, facilitating and reporting on all types on user research methods

Running workshops/ focus groups, user testing

Owning and creating high quality deliverables (personas, user journey maps, experience maps)

Supporting continual education of UX through training of junior staff

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Working knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG 2.1
